Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
• Customers may cancel their order before the product is shipped.
• If the order is canceled on the same day of purchase, no credit card processing fees will be deducted.
• To cancel, customers must contact Line: @dentisteth on Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 15:00 (excluding public holidays and company holidays).
2. Order Cancellation by Dentiste'
• If Dentiste' cancels an order due to stock unavailability or other reasons, customers will receive a full refund through the original payment method.
3. Refund Processing for Canceled Orders
• Bank Transfer Payments: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days.
• Internet Banking Payments: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Cancellation After Shipment
• If a customer cancels an order or refuses delivery after shipment, a refund will be processed only after the product is returned to Dentiste' in its original condition.
• Refunds for credit card payments may be subject to transaction fees.
