• สินค้าทุกชิ้นบนช่องทางออนไลน์ของ DENTISTE’ Official สามารถเข้าร่วมรายการได้
• 1 บิล สามารถได้รับสิทธิ์ มากกว่า 1 สิทธิ์ เช่น 750 บาท ได้รับ 1 สิทธิ์ หรือ 1,500 บาท ได้รับ 2 สิทธิ์ 
• ของแถมจะถูกส่งไปพร้อมกับออเดอร์สินค้า ที่สั่งซื้อครบ 750 บาท โดยสามารถลุ้นรับของแถมแบ่งเป็น 2 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ ซองจุ่มการ์ดแบบปกติ (ผลิตมาจำนวนจำกัด 10,000 ชิ้น) หรือ ซองจุ่มการ์ดแบบ Exclusive (ผลิตมาจำนวนจำกัด 5 ชิ้น)

• ทางผู้โชคดี กรอกรายละเอียดในแบบฟอร์มนี้ พร้อมระบุวันที่จะเข้าไปรับประทานอาหารที่ร้าน เพื่อให้ทีมงานประสานเรื่องจองกับทางร้านล่วงหน้า (เนื่องจากเป็นเมนูพิเศษ ทีมงานต้องทำการจอง ล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 2 วัน ก่อนที่ลูกค้าจะเข้ารับประทานอาหาร)
• หลังจากกรอกฟอร์มแล้ว จะมีทีมงานติดต่อไปยืนยันสิทธิ์ และอำนวยความสะดวกโดยประสานทางร้านให้ เมื่อไปถึงร้าน ทางผู้โชคดีแค่นำ บัตรเชิญที่ได้รับไปแสดงตนหน้าร้านทั้งผู้ลงทะเบียนและผู้ติดตาม (ตามวันที่ระบุจองในแบบฟอร์มนี้) ก็สามารถรับประทานอาหารในคอร์สพิเศษนี้ได้
• สิทธิ์นี้ครอบคลุมเฉพาะ อาหาร และ เครื่องดื่มที่กำหนดไว้ใน Dentiste' Presents Royal Osha Exclusive Menu Collection เท่านั้น
• เมนูพิเศษนี้จัดทำขึ้นมาเฉพาะช่วงแคมเปญเท่านั้น
• เครื่องดื่มและรายการเพิ่มเติมอื่น ๆ ที่อยู่นอกเหนือจากชุดอาหารจะถูกคิดค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม และเป็นความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า
• รหัสสามารถใช้ได้ เพียงครั้งเดียว และ ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้
• ทางทีมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการให้บริการ หากไม่มีการยืนยันการจองล่วงหน้าอย่างถูกต้อง
• สิทธิ์ในการรับประทานอาหารชุดพิเศษนี้ต้อง ใช้ภายในวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2568 เท่านั้น
• วันสุดท้ายที่สามารถลงทะเบียนได้คือวันที่ 28 มิถุนายน 2568 และจะไม่มีการรับสิทธิ์หลังจากวันดังกล่าว
• ร้าน Royal Osha เปิดทุกวัน และ เปิดเวลา 12:00 - 21:30 (last order) 

ผู้โชคดียินยอมให้มีการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้โชคดี รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงรูปถ่าย และ/หรือ วิดีโอ และ/หรือ คลิปเสียงใด ๆ เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์สินค้า Dentiste’ และ/หรือ ร้านอาหาร Royal Osha ในสื่อต่างๆ โดยผู้โชคดีจะไม่เรียกร้องค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น

Eligibility & Participation Conditions
Customers who purchase Dentiste’s products with a net total of 750 THB or more after all discounts via Dentiste’s official online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and the Dentiste’s official Website only) are eligible to participate in this campaign.
All items available on Dentiste’ Official online channels are included in the campaign.

• For every 750 THB spent in a single transaction, customers will receive 1 entry (e.g., 1,500 THB = 2 entries).

• Gifts will be shipped together with the order that meets the qualifying amount.

• Participants have a chance to receive one of two types of collectible items:

  1. Standard Lisa Card Pack (Limited to 10,000 pieces)

  2. Exclusive Lisa Card Pack (Limited to only 5 pieces worldwide)

Campaign Period
This promotion is valid for purchases made from May 16, 2025, to June 16, 2025, or until all 10,000 promotional gifts are available while stock lasts, whichever comes first. Only the final amount after all discounts will be considered for eligibility.

To check availability of gifts prior to placing an order, customers may inquire through Dentiste’ Official channels on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or the official website. If the promotional items are out of stock, customers will not be eligible to receive the free gift.

Exclusive Rewards
Lucky recipients of the Exclusive Lisa Card Pack (5 pieces only) will also receive:

• An invitation card for a special dining experience at Royal Osha Restaurant for two persons (the recipient and one guest).

• The meal includes a curated, exclusive menu available only during the campaign period.

• Reservation is required at least 2 days in advance (details are subject to Royal Osha’s Terms & Conditions).

Product Return Policy During Campaign
Any order that qualifies for the free gift (750 THB or more) during the campaign period is non-refundable under any circumstances, once the product and promotional gift have been received.
Campaign Duration: May 16, 2025 – June 16, 2025 or until promotional items (10,000 units) are out of stock.

Terms & Conditions – Royal Osha Dining Experience

• This exclusive dining reward is available only to the 5 winners who receive the Exclusive Lisa Invitation Card through qualified purchases via Dentiste’s official online channels.

• Winners must fill out a registration form indicating the preferred dining date so the Dentiste’ team can coordinate the reservation with the restaurant.

• The Dentiste’ team will contact the winners to confirm the reservation and facilitate the experience.

• Upon arrival at Royal Osha, winners must present the original invitation card along with valid identification for both the winner and the guest.

• The reward includes a fixed menu and selected beverages from the Dentiste’ x Royal Osha Exclusive Menu Collection.

• Additional food or beverages outside of the designated menu will be charged and are the responsibility of the customer.

• Each invitation code is valid for one-time use only and cannot be transferred to another person.

• Dentiste’ and Royal Osha reserve the right to deny service if the reservation is not properly confirmed in advance.

• The dining experience must be used by June 30, 2025, with the latest registration submission by June 28, 2025. No extensions will be granted beyond this date.

• Royal Osha is open daily from 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM (last order).

Consent for Media Use
By accepting the invitation and participating in the campaign, winners consent to the collection, use, and publication of their personal data, including but not limited to photos, videos, and audio recordings, for marketing and promotional purposes related to Dentiste’ and Royal Osha across all media platforms. No compensation will be provided for such usage.
